Job Description

Promethium is on the lookout for a proactive and customer-oriented Chat Support Representative. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional English communication abilities, a professional attitude, and a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.

Your primary responsibilities will include delivering real-time chat support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and collaborating effectively with team members. A minimum of one year of customer support experience is mandatory.

We offer a competitive salary range of Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month, along with a welcoming work atmosphere and opportunities for advancement.

Location: Onsite in Gulberg 2, Lahore. Expected Start Date: 15/08/2025.
