Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate live chat interactions
- Identify gaps in service or policy
- Prepare detailed reports and recommend enhancements
- Maintain chat quality and ensure compliance
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Availability to work night shifts if needed
