Job Description
ProPakistani, the premier independent blog in Pakistan, is seeking a skilled News Editor to become an integral part of our expanding content team. This role is based in our Islamabad/Rawalpindi office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compose, edit, and proofread articles accurately.
- Verify and fact-check information for reliability.
- Identify engaging topics for publication.
- Maintain consistency with our established house style.
- Support the management of freelancers and contributors.
Qualifications:
- Proficient command of English with exceptional grammar skills.
- Relevant prior writing experience is essential.
- Working knowledge of WordPress is preferred.
- Must reside in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
