Job Description
Join us at Qadri Group of Companies as a dedicated Performance Management Specialist responsible for the development and oversight of our Performance Management System (PMS). In this role, you will collaborate with department heads to ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) align with our organizational objectives. You will facilitate PMS cycles and conduct training sessions to enhance understanding of PMS processes.
Your key responsibilities will include analyzing performance trends, proposing improvement strategies, and ensuring transparency in evaluations throughout the organization. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, paired with strong analytical and communication skills.
This full-time position is based at Canal Bank Izmir Town, Lahore, and requires in-person attendance.
