Education Requirement: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics is preferred. B.Tech (Hons) is also acceptable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Effectively resolve issues related to Cash Service Machines (CSMs) and ATMs within the designated turnaround time (TAT).
• Install Cash Service Machines and ATMs with attention to detail.
• Utilize accurate troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Conduct root cause analyses for all tasks assigned.
• Prepare comprehensive analytical reports and documentation for the Line Manager.
• Ensure 100% preventive maintenance for UPS, ATMs, and G&D.
