Job Description

REVMED is seeking proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Executives to enhance our healthcare and medical billing team. This position encompasses the complete recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Manage job postings and recruitment channels effectively.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Sciences with a focus on Human Resources.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Availability to work onsite during 9-hour night shifts.
