Job Description
Riz Solutions is recruiting experienced in-office Taxi Dispatchers to support a UK client. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls; managing airport and local bookings via phone, email, and online channels; entering fares into client software; dispatching jobs; liaising with drivers and clients; handling email and live chat; and maintaining professional brand standards.
- Requirements: fluent English (British English preferred), minimum 2 years call center experience (taxi dispatch experience preferred), strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Schedule: night shifts on a rotation; 8–10 hour shifts. Training provided.
- Compensation: Rs70,00–Rs90,00 per month. Full- and part-time roles available.
