Job Description
Robust Support & Solutions is looking for a Live Support Specialist to join our Karachi office, situated in PECHS, BLOCK 6. This is a full-time role with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM CST (8 PM to 5 AM Pakistan time), six days a week.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will manage inventory processes, handle refunds and discounts, provide technical support, monitor shipments, and compile comprehensive reports.
Qualifications: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Excel), possess strong organizational skills, and exhibit problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and a Bachelor’s degree are mandatory, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or customer support required.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs60,00.00.
