Job Description
S Ventures is in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to the CEO. The successful candidate will report directly to senior management and undertake crucial secretarial and administrative responsibilities. Key tasks will include typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
You will be tasked with data entry, maintaining databases, and managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management. Additionally, you will coordinate appointments, keep an events calendar, and arrange travel logistics.
This is a full-time position based in Islamabad. Candidates must have reliable transportation or be willing to relocate.
