Sajiero is seeking a proactive Customer Support Associate to manage courier bookings, conduct order confirmation calls, and handle shipper advisories. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in customer support, logistics, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
