Job Description
Santex Products is seeking a proficient Admin Supervisor to enhance our team. This role involves managing office administration, organizing meetings and lunches, as well as overseeing janitorial services.
- Oversee scheduling and attendance management.
- Verify vendor invoices and handle payment processes.
- Issue gate passes and manage official documentation.
- Supervise junior staff and assist with petty cash management.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications: A B.COM/BA/BBA degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Male candidates are encouraged to apply.
