Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to lead daily operations of a mixed crop and livestock enterprise. The successful candidate will plan planting and harvest schedules, supervise and train staff, maintain machinery, and uphold animal welfare and biosecurity standards.
- Requirements: 5+ years of farming experience, proven leadership, knowledge of crop rotation and livestock care, machinery maintenance, and basic business management. Valid driver’s license preferred.
