Job Description
SKC JAPAN Karachi seeks a motivated Sales & Customer Support Representative for the East Caribbean market. Evening shift: 4:00 PM–1:00 AM PKT. This full-time, in-person role focuses on converting inbound/outbound leads into vehicle sales and delivering exceptional post-sale support.
- Handle phone, chat, and email inquiries; resolve customer issues promptly.
- Manage post-sale care and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes.
Qualifications: 3–4 years in sales or customer support, comfortable with international clients and evening hours. Compensation: Rs50,00–Rs100,00/month base plus high commission; free dinner during shift and weekends off.
