Job Description
SMJ International Industries seeks a full-time, in-person Sales Officer Trainee to support field sales operations. Responsibilities include assisting promotional campaigns, coordinating dealer meetings and market activations, preparing daily and weekly sales reports, conducting market visits to monitor competitors and trends, identifying new dealers, and meeting monthly and annual sales targets.
- 1–3 years of field sales experience (battery/automotive preferred)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in MS Office; excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
