Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Client Support Associate to deliver high-quality support and serve as the primary contact for key accounts. The role involves managing escalations, troubleshooting technical and service issues, coordinating cross-functional responses, maintaining accurate account records, and driving client satisfaction and retention.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in client support or account management
- Strong written and verbal communication, CRM proficiency, analytical problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset
