Job Description
We are seeking an Instructional Design Program Manager to lead the design and delivery of organization-wide learning initiatives. The role will define learning strategy, manage curriculum development for instructor-led and digital experiences, and uphold instructional quality and consistency.
- Oversee cross-functional teams and coordinate subject matter experts.
- Direct e-learning production, establish milestones, and maintain project timelines.
- Measure learner outcomes using LMS data and authoring tools to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications: 5+ years in instructional design, strong project management skills, proficiency with LMS and authoring tools, and excellent communication to align stakeholders.
