Job Description
SPEC Refinery (PVT) LTD is actively seeking a qualified Aviation Manager to oversee all aspects of our aviation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for flight planning, scheduling, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role also includes the recruitment and training of flight crew, the implementation of safety management systems, management of operational budgets, and effective resolution of operational issues.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or a related field, extensive experience in aviation operations management, a strong understanding of aviation regulations, as well as exceptional leadership and communication skills.
