Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to cultivate and maintain client relationships, support portfolio growth, and deliver tailored financial solutions. You will handle daily client requests, identify cross-sell opportunities, coordinate with credit and operations teams, prepare account reviews and performance reports, and ensure accurate CRM records.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in banking, finance, or client services.
- Skills: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, and a customer-focused attitude in fast-paced environments.
