Job Description
Strive BPO Limited is hiring skilled individuals for the position of Medicare Customer Service Representatives. Based in Rawalpindi, this full-time role requires a night shift commitment from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Your main responsibilities will include engaging with callers, verifying their information, and efficiently processing requests.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Fluency in English
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work during night shifts
