Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Officer with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field and 3–7 years of HR experience. Experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations is preferred.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, maintain talent pipelines, and manage onboarding/offboarding.
- Administer performance management (KPIs/OKRs) and support performance reviews and improvement plans.
- Maintain HRIS/HRMS, accurate records, payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, EOBI, Social Security, and government regulations; prepare documentation for audits.
- Drive process improvements, change management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
