Job Description
The Housekeeping Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing housekeeping operations across multiple locations within the designated zone. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, staff performance, and client satisfaction in alignment with the service level agreements of Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd.
Key responsibilities include leading zonal operations, supervising staff, conducting site audits, liaising with clients, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and budget regulations.
Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, knowledge of cleaning protocols, proficiency in MS Office, strong multitasking capabilities, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
