Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities include making phone calls to inform potential clients about our real estate projects, conducting comparative market analyses to assess property values, and scheduling appointments for site visits. You will be responsible for following up with leads to ensure conversion into clients, logging call details in our CRM, and providing insights into properties and current market trends.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree (a Master’s is a plus) and have at least 6 months of real estate experience. Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
