Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, control costs, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, at least three years of management experience in full-service restaurants, knowledge of inventory and scheduling, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include training and mentoring staff, maintaining food safety and quality standards, driving sales, and resolving customer issues. Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays. A degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
