Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Associate to grow memberships at our co-working locations. The successful candidate will lead tours, convert leads, manage inquiries and bookings, and support on-site events to ensure excellent member experiences.
- Conduct facility tours and present membership plans and add-ons.
- Manage bookings, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with operations.
- Support event logistics and uphold service standards.
- Meet monthly sales targets; flexible hours required.
Qualifications: minimum 1 year in sales, hospitality, or customer service; strong communication and presentation skills; basic CRM/POS knowledge; proactive attitude. We offer competitive base pay plus commission, free co-working access, training, and a collaborative team environment.
