Job Description
We are The-Hiring, seeking a meticulous and dependable Personal Assistant (Male) to provide essential support to our senior management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, a proactive approach, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules and travel arrangements
- Manage correspondence and phone calls with professionalism
- Prepare reports and meeting materials
- Assist in organizing meetings and maintain an efficient filing system
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 1–2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in English and Urdu, and strong MS Office skills.
Working Hours: 6 days a week (timing to be discussed)
Salary: Starting from Rs70,00.00 per month
