Job Description
Join our dedicated counselling team at The Uni Grad as a Student Counsellor. We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to support students in their educational journey. Your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls, providing guidance on educational programs, and assisting students throughout the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective students.
- Offer accurate information regarding courses and admission requirements.
- Counsel students to help them make informed decisions.
- Promote student enrollment through consistent follow-ups.
- Maintain an organized database of inquiries.
