Job Description
TheEVIOO BPO is seeking a dedicated Senior Closer to join our team and assist seniors in obtaining affordable coverage for final expenses. This role requires confident and empathetic individuals who excel at converting conversations into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and transferred calls professionally
- Establish trust and close transactions with empathy
- Clearly articulate final expense plans to clients
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow up with clients
- Achieve monthly targets to earn uncapped commissions
Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years in final expense closing.
