Job Description

Think Higher Consultants is looking for a dedicated Client Service Officer to join our team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth office operations. Key responsibilities include managing correspondence, organizing activities, and assisting with clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing general administrative support, including document management and mailing.
• Conducting timely follow-ups with clients for improved communication.
