Job Description

TJ Global Services is excited to announce an open position for an Admin and HR Manager for our international client. This is a full-time role, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 9 PM Pakistan time.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional spoken English proficiency (British or American accent preferred)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Master’s Degree
  • A minimum of 1 year of international Admin/HR experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily recruitment of employees
  • Conducting interviews
  • Completing necessary paperwork
  • Collaboration with operations and sales teams
  • Candidate vetting and screening
  • Document verification
  • Assessing training needs and maintaining records
  • Reporting to upper management

Salary: Rs75,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
