Job Description
Touchstone Communications seeks a professional IT Support Officer to provide prompt, high-quality customer service and technical support. The successful candidate will manage support tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and perform software installation and configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT support tickets, ensuring timely responses, resolutions, and proper escalation
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems across systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software; install and configure applications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related IT field
- At least 1 year of IT support experience
- Proficient with Windows installations and Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs55,00.00 per month | Night shift availability required.
