Job Description
Trubyte Private Limited, located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, is seeking a motivated Technical Support Associate to join our expanding IT team. This full-time, in-person role offers a monthly salary of Rs35,00–Rs40,00 and includes a three-month probationary period.
- Deliver first-level technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with IT setups, installations, and routine maintenance.
- Document incidents, follow escalation procedures, and communicate resolutions clearly.
Requirements: relevant technical certifications, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu, and a customer-focused, eager-to-learn attitude.
