Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Upwork Bidder to identify and qualify Upwork projects, prepare tailored, persuasive proposals, and support client acquisition. Responsibilities include lead hunting, analyzing project requirements, writing error‑free proposals, responding promptly to clients, coordinating estimates with designers/developers, and maintaining bid records and performance reports. Required: strong written and verbal English, basic familiarity with freelancing platforms, attention to detail, and spreadsheet skills. Preferred: knowledge of IT, design, or development. Soft skills: proactive attitude, quick learning, professionalism, and teamwork. Experience: 0–1 year in bidding or lead generation; internships or training in sales/marketing are advantageous. Full-time, on-site position.
