Job Description
Urban Communications is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented Dispatcher for our night shift, from 10 PM to 10 AM. As the initial contact for taxi bookings, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service and efficient dispatching to our drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer calls and accurately take bookings.
- Provide fare estimates and general information to customers.
- Communicate with drivers and monitor the status of jobs.
- Address customer inquiries and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service is required.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Rs350.00 – Rs450.00 per hour.
