Job Description
Vibractive is looking for a dedicated IT Support Executive to ensure effective IT operations at our amusement park. This position involves providing software support, managing network systems, overseeing CCTV functionality, handling IT asset management, and resolving technical issues on a daily basis. We are in search of a proactive professional with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong focus on customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Providing software and user support
- Managing network infrastructure
- Overseeing CCTV surveillance systems
- Administering the data center and server room
- Managing IT assets
- Maintaining printing equipment
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or relevant IT certification
- 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant or amusement park setting
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
Location: Lake City, Lahore
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 + Benefits
