Job Description
Job Summary: The HR Assistant for our warehouse will play a crucial role in supporting daily HR operations focused on warehouse staff. This position is essential for ensuring compliance with HR policies, tracking attendance, managing documentation, and fostering positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage attendance records and ensure precise data entry.
- Assist in recruiting warehouse personnel.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Oversee leave and absence management.
- Respond to employee inquiries.
- Assist with disciplinary procedures when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR support.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Position based on-site at the warehouse.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Up to Rs75,00.00 per month
