Job Description
Weldon Paints Pvt. Limited is seeking a motivated Area Sales Manager to enhance our sales growth by effectively managing distributor networks and field sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting monthly and annual sales targets, monitoring sales performance, identifying and onboarding new dealers, and cultivating relationships with key influencers in the industry.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commerce, mandatory experience in the paint industry, and an MBA or PGDM in Marketing is a plus. This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs100,00.00 to Rs120,00.00. The role requires in-person work.
