Job Description
Wolfiz Solutions Pvt, Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer with a strong background in the IT industry to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee comprehensive HR operations, encompassing recruitment, maintaining employee records, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and fostering employee engagement.
Your key responsibilities will include managing employee records, assisting in the recruitment process, onboarding new hires, maintaining payroll data, and coordinating various employee engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of HR experience in the IT sector, be familiar with HRIS systems, and demonstrate proficiency in both Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
