Job Description
Become a valued member of the Women’s Empowerment Group as a Fundraising Call Agent! In this key role, you will make outbound calls to both current and prospective donors, effectively communicating our mission and the impact of their support. You will confidently solicit donations and address objections with professionalism while striving to meet your daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
We seek candidates with a minimum Intermediate qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred) along with prior experience in fundraising for social or health-related initiatives in Pakistan. Strong communication skills in Urdu are essential, and proficiency in English is an advantage. A target-driven mindset and basic computer skills are crucial for success in this position.
