We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to provide exceptional administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will manage complex calendars, process communications, and represent the CEO with professionalism. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail, demonstrate organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: This role includes managing the CEO’s schedule, screening communications, preparing documents, acting as a liaison between teams, and assisting with special projects.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage sensitive information responsibly.
