Job Description
WOWJI Private Limited is currently seeking a dedicated HR Executive to oversee daily human resource operations at our headquarters and liaise with site teams. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll processing, HR documentation, and fostering employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/MBA in HR or a related field, along with 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HR Information Systems (HRIS) is essential. Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu are required to effectively engage with our diverse workforce.
