Job Description
X UP Digital is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Associate to enhance our team. This position involves managing daily financial data entry, overseeing petty cash, and handling accounts receivable and payable, while also assisting with various finance-related tasks. Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are crucial for maintaining precise financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry for financial transactions
- Manage petty cash and track disbursements
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable operations
- Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
