XENMD is on the lookout for a talented HR Specialist to oversee our recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in Human Resources, coupled with a solid understanding of labor laws.

Your key responsibilities will include designing competitive compensation packages, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing employee grievances. This full-time role offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs25,00.00 to Rs45,00.00, along with benefits such as free meals and paid holidays.

Please note that night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM and commuting to Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, are essential.
