Job Description
ZDIGITIZING, a top provider of embroidery digitizing and vector art services, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a full-time remote position. Our dynamic work environment is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to customers around the globe.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from PKR 40,00 to 70,00, with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities: You will professionally handle customer calls, provide detailed product information, and maintain accurate records. Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills are required to succeed in this role.
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time) – Fixed Night Shift.
