Job Description
Zenith Associates is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Microbiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s or MPhil degree in Microbiology, with a preference for recent graduates or those with experience in food microbiology. Familiarity with laboratory management systems is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples.
- Perform routine analyses, including total plate count, yeast & mold, coliform, and E. coli.
- Ensure hygiene standards in production and laboratory environments.
- Maintain comprehensive records of test results and observations.
- Assist in the implementation of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Support root cause analyses for microbiological deviations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs 40,00.00 – Rs 50,00.00 per month
