Job Description

Zeta Technologies is looking for a dedicated Executive NOC to oversee and maintain seamless network operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing shift activities, resolving technical issues, and supervising provisioning and routing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor messaging traffic and address Level 1 issues.
• Manage customer complaints across various communication channels.
• Execute provisioning and routing requests, and generate operational reports.
• Conduct interconnection and testing for wholesale messaging carriers.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role; proficiency in SIP, SMPP, and Linux; strong analytical skills; and fluent English language skills.

Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
