Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead AP operations, ensure timely vendor payments, and maintain accurate financial records. This role involves supervising AP staff, reviewing and approving invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, and managing month‑end close activities.
- Enforce internal controls and improve workflow through ERP system enhancements.
- Coach and develop AP team members, oversee performance, and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement to resolve discrepancies and support audits.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 3 years of accounts payable experience with supervisory responsibilities, advanced Excel and ERP skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication.
