Job Description
Join ZPayso as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Intern, where you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. This paid internship is ideal for new graduates or those with limited experience and has the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding ZPayso’s services.
- Address basic complaints and escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Document customer interactions comprehensively.
- Engage in training programs for skill enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
- No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
Compensation: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month.
